Single Stage and Multistage Centrifugal Blowers
Industrial blowers with a specially designed impeller that maintains a constant and steady flow stream pulling air through the inlet and pushing it radially through the outlet. Some models have the ability to vary the orientation of the outlet by rotating the housing around the axis of the motor to one of eight angles. Atlantic Blowers offers Centrifugal Blowers with single, or three-phase motors capable of voltages up to 600V. Class I & II explosion-proof motor options are also available. Our three-phase motors are inverter duty rated and are capable of running a compatible variable frequency drive (VFD). All of our blowers are made with heavy-duty cast aluminum housings and impellers. Our Centrifugal Blowers are great for:

Differences Between our Models
ABC Series:
- Single stage impeller
- Air flow up to 1,871 CFM and pressure up to 17.6″ H2O
- Air circulates in a counterclockwise (CCW) rotation
- Air flow travels perpendicularly to the motor
ABT Series:
- Single stage backward curved impeller
- Air flow up to 3,550 CFM and pressure up to 28.1″ H2O
- Air Circulates in a clockwise (CW) rotation
- Air flow travels perpendicularly to the motor
ABMS Series:
- Multistage Centrifugal Blower (Multiple impellers)
- Air flow up to 2,500 CFM and pressure up to 52″ H2O
- Air Circulates in a CW rotation
- Air flow travels perpendicular to the motor
How Centrifugal Blowers Operate
As air enters the inlet situated at the center of the impeller, opposite the motor, it is divided between the blades of the impeller and forced outward to the edge of the blower housing using centrifugal force. This accelerates the air creating velocity pressure as it is pushed through the outlet. As the air circulates around the housing it gains acceleration and volume inside the blower which produces the high CFM needed for a multitude of applications. Applications

Material Conveying
Material is fed into the ducting from a hopper, and then conveyed down the pipe with the use of a Centrifugal Blower.

Ozone/Vapor Extraction
The blower is being used to collect ozone and/or other vapors from a tank that can be used elsewhere.
